Problems with Outllog Plugin

Problems with Outllog Plugin

I have installed the Outlook plug in but it does not display on the Outlook Toolbar.
 
I have checked it is not on the disabled items list when you open the Help menu in Outlook.
 
I have also checked it is active in the Zoho management interface that the product is activated.
 
When I look under Tools - Trust Centre - Add Ins  I see that the plug in is listed as being inactive.
 
I have therefore clicked the Go button to manage Com items and then checked the box next to the plug in and clicked OK.
 
BUT it still will not activate, if I repeat the routine described above I see that the box next to the plug in is unchecked
 
Help please.
