I have been using Google Apps mail and Zoho for months without problems. Recently however, with no change, I notice that not all my Sent emails are showing up in Zoho contacts/Leads. It is hard to tell what is different between the ones that do show and the ones that don't. It MIGHT be that ones I delete in Google Mail are not showing up, even though I have the IMAP setting to not delete the Zoho email.
Any ideas where I should look?
