Problems with Sharing / Google APPS Usage issue

After going through and setting up the sharing in the Creator application on the desired database that I would like to share, I continue to receive a permissions error. I have triple checked the settings and seem to be not having any luck. This is the error I receive.

Any help would be appreciated.
