Pulling information from two forms

Pulling information from two forms

  1. Is there any way I can have a report that pulls information from two forms?
  2. If not, how can I auto-populate a field in one form with information from another form in the same app?  I tried to use the instructions here: https://kbase.creator.zoho.com/records/populate-one-form-with-data-from-another-form, but it did not work for me.
