I really would like to push the conversation to an operator from a specific deppartment in guided conversations, just like Zobot in sales iq. It would help a lot. 

For me it does not make sense to use sales iq for messenger, instagram and others, because I cannot reopen the chat like I can in Instant messages.

I would like then to create a guided conversation that allows me to push the conversation to an operator in instant messages AFTER passing through a bot to investigate the needs and redirect it to a specific operator.
