At our web site we use a contact form made in Zoho Creator.
All collected leads are automatically imported into Zoho CRM>leads.

In the contact form i would like to add a "how did you get to know us" field, so that i can track how clients found us.
I am aware that i can manually add the options to the creator application but...

1: Is there a way of making the creator application use a pick-list from CRM?

2: I have also been thinking of creating all our marketing efforts as "Campaigns" in CRM, since the option to show that pick-list clearly excists already in creator. But since we operate on 5 different markets, the list would be pretty long and confusing.
Is there a way of creating campaign groups in the CRM and then show only these groups in the creator application?
