- Why is it so difficult to merge tickets that have different statuses? I have found a work around to do this by creating a custom view that includes open and on hold tickets but it's honestly a pain and doesnt work very well because you also cant display more than 20 tickets per page and they are sometimes on different pages.
- Why can we not show more than 20 tickets per page? Is this something that can be implemented?
- Why can we only merge three tickets at a time?
