I'm trying to use task in Mail. But I get stuck with some questions on how it works.
- when switching to task you can straight away enter a task for today (screenshot). But when you hit enter, it disappear. for me it is suppose to stay where I write it. It can be found in the No due date section that is outside the view of my window (list or board view).
What is the format of the task I'm supposed to write to if I want the current task to be for today as shown on the screenshot ?
- How can I manage sections (delayed, today, etc...) or reorder them to my linking ? (a bit like tasklist in Projects)
- How can I add more status than only open / close ? (A bit like status in Projects' tasks)
- Where can I find closed task ?
- How can I sync or at least find zoho Tasks in zoho CRM or zoho Projects ?
It would be nice to see the following improvements:
- being able to manage section (delayed, today...) as filters based on editable dates or status or any task field (a bit like CRM view)
- being able to add more status than only Open/close (like status in Projects' task)
- I really like thew unified view. Why not giving the choice to show the agenda or unified view as default in the settings (like in Projects's default view)
- when a task is close, being able to see them before deleting them when needed.
