1. When I try to upload a logo, I can browse my files and select an image, but when I click "Upload" either the three blinking dots blink momentarily or they blink indefinitely without result. 

2. When I enter a company name and click "Save", the company name disappears and is not saved. 

I have an Enterprise license. I have tried this on two browsers, both on Windows 7, Chrome  34.0.1847.131 m and MS-IE 11.0.9.9600.17041.
