rec' about creating a new slide from loyal user

1. improve the performance. It's slow, even at my campus network in Boston.
2. when I click "new slide", please
- automatically assume I want to create a new slide just like the previous one
- or in the popup window to show me various slide formats, I can hit "ENTER" key to select
- and if I select a slide in the right preview list and hit "ENTER" key, a new slide is automatically generated and inserted after the selected slide as in Powerpoint.
