In our company, we need to receive calls from our U.S. number linked to our ZOHO CRM on the mobile phones of our sales team based in the Dominican Republic.
We already have the the built in ZOHO telephony integration, and calls are perfectly logged into the CRM when we are connected on the desktop.
However, it is essential that these calls reach the mobile phones of our sales team.
Is there a way to achieve this through the ZOHO CRM APP (We use iOS) or a third-party app?
This is an issue we need to resolve because our sales team is constantly on the move and only uses the desktop for a few moments each day.
