Receiving email through Zoho app, but received emails aren't showing up the Contact, just sent

Receiving email through Zoho app, but received emails aren't showing up the Contact, just sent

Everything is set up correctly. I am sending and receiving mail through the Zoho app with my Yahoo account and replies from customers are showing up in the mail magnet pop-up, but are not showing under under the contact's record.

Is this a Yahoo issue? Can't seem to sort it out!
