Receiving "Login to your account via a web browser to verify your account." error when setting up Live.com Pop3 email inside Zoho

Attempting to setup first pop3 account to access my live.com mail inside Zoho mail.  I've spent hours trying to figure it out and have not found any solution.  The error appears to indicate that I need to login to my live.com email so I 've done that several times even from different browsers and waiting between long periods in case Live.com flagged\blocked the request after successive attempts.  I have not received any emails from Zoho or anyone indicating that I need to click to accept or allow me to receive and send emails from Zoho.
 
What am I missing????
