Recipient Field on replies doesn't update with Contact change
So in order to reply to the original sender, we need to update/change the contact for the tickets. However, after we change the ticket's contact (complete with valid email address), when we hit reply on the ticket, it maintains the original
noreply@whateverthedomainis.org email in the recipient field.
We've tried several times, refreshed and waited, but it won't change.
