I would like to know how tedious the task would be, for a developer to use the SDK to integrate ASAP into the Android and iOS versions of an app.
I am not a developer, however, to me, it appears that it works like this:
The ASAP knowledge base resides on Zoho servers.  The ASAP floating web widget is on a website and, when clicked, is essentially a webview to the Zoho knowledge base on the Zoho server.  The ASAP integration within an app is also essentially a webview into the ASAP knowledge base that resides on Zoho.

Is this correct?  If not, please correct me so that I may understand.  
If this is correct, that you are essentially creating a webview from within an app to access and interact with the ASAP knowledge base that resides on Zoho's servers, is this a complex and difficult thing for a professional app developing company to execute?
