Reinstating a hard-bounced email address in Campaigns
Hi. We have an email address that is marked as hard bounced in Campaigns. However, we know for certain that the email address is active. We also know that other email addresses at the same domain are successfully used in campaigns. Is there a way to definitively remove a hard-bounced email address from Campaigns black list so that it can be reinstated as a live address, once again? Thanks in advance for any guidance given.
