Related Tables

In general my question is the following:
I am developing a Housing application.
I have rooms, occupants, and occupancies. These are the 3 core tables of the application.
These tables are related in database terms - in that there are 'foreign keys' in each of the tables.
Can this be accomplished using Zoho creator.
