I was searching for an alternative for a WebEx type product and came across your site. I tested the Remote Assistance product and really liked what I saw. The best thing about it, was that I was able to get into a machine with a problem that was in Safe Mode with Networking... this was great!Here are a couple of my feedback items:1) More controls over speed (Like in VNC, I can adjust the color level if it's a slower connection or faster connection, etc..)2) I am not able to copy and paste text in between my desktop and the shared desktop. This is a really good feature that is available in other products like VNC or LogMeIn. So, when I'm supporting a user, I could copy an entry in the registry and then go over to my desktop and search google for that item... It's a HUGE part of how I support if there is a program running that I'm not sure of.That's all for now.... overall, I'm very happy with the product.Thanks!
