We are implementing remote authentication and have a couple of questions

1)  How will this work for agents who are logging in?  It seems as if when an agent logs in there are some issues.

2) When our portal users log in, the name is coming in a 'undfined'.  Any idea?

3) Besides agent users and portal users, are there any other scenarios that may be impacted by remote authentication?
