Need a service/repair technician dispatch component that integrates across the entire Zoho suite. It needs to include: • Fields for job name, job address, customer account selection or, for new customers, data entry of name and phone number. Also date/time selection for scheduling an appointment. Option for ASAP visit from technician. • Display next scheduling availability for any technician for future appointments. • Display next closest OR available technician for same-day appointment. • Display next closest AND available technician for ASAP appointments. • Push jobs to fieldworkers on their smartphones or tablets • Invoice clients in real time to reduce the paperwork • Dispatcher view that shows where the technician vehicle is located on a map and in which direction vehicle is headed (i.e. simple boolean towards or away from next job location). Vehicles already have GPS tracking devices. • Dispatcher view that shows the current status of the technician (i.e. technician name and ID number, current job name, current job description, customer account info, time elapsed to get to present job, time elapsed at job location, time left until the next job, next job name/description/account, estimated travel time to the next job) • Video and photo component for documenting job details. Live video is a nice-to-have, but for now only recorded video is required. • Simple text field for documenting free-form notes in the customer's CRM Event records
