Restrict SalesIQ Account Notifications to Admins

Dear Zoho SalesIQ Team,

We appreciate the continuous improvements in SalesIQ. However, we have noticed that all users, including employees who do not have admin privileges, receive certain account-related notifications—such as the recent splash screen introducing the new SalesIQ Live Chat Widget.


Since only admins have the ability to implement and manage such features, these notifications are not relevant to regular users.


We request an enhancement to ensure that such account-wide notifications are displayed only to admins. Admins should then have the discretion to review, implement, and share relevant updates with their team as needed.

This would prevent unnecessary confusion and ensure that users only see information relevant to their role.
