For one of my client, we want to have a new onboarding user to access Analytics to work on KPIs. However, we don't want him to have access to anything financial (ie Books, Invoices)

What is the best way to set this user's permission in Analytics to only access CRM + Campaigns (for example)

I though that creating a specific Workspace for him and add only relevant sources would be good, but I couldn't find how to add the CRM data to this new workspace (CRM data are already available in another Workspace, and can't be duplicated).

How would you do it ?
