I want to customize permissions for Standard profile.  My objective is restrict visibility of all financial information in Potentials - Amount, Expected Revenue, etc.  In Customization/Fields and Links, I am able to uncheck the box for visibility of Amount, Probability and Expected Revenue but can't uncheck Stage.  Thus, a dollar amount is visible to the Standard users.

Is there something else I can do to completely eliminate visibility of all $$ amounts for Standard users?
