Revamped Analytics module is now available in the latest version of Zoho CRM Android mobile app!

Hello All,

In the latest version (v3.5.0) of the Zoho CRM app, we've completely revamped the Analytics (Dashboards) module both in its appearance and functionality. You can now get a complete overview of your entire sales process and also drill down the finer details on the go.

We now display all the Analytics (Dashboard) components in the CRM mobile app.

The newly added components are:

Quick Charts
KPI
Heat Map
Line chart
Comparator
Anomaly detector
Target meter
Funnel
Cohort
Quadrants

Also, we have covered the below enhancements in this update:

Change view: You can now change the view of Quick charts by tapping on the 'Change view' option in case you would like to change the chart type and have a look at the data.

I have attached a GIF below for your reference:

Share chart: You can share the chart to other external apps installed in the mobile device by tapping on the 'Share' icon within the chart.

Show Data: You will be able to view the record details by tapping on the chart and the 'Show Data' option within the chart populates the records in detail.

Refreshing the dashboard: You will be able to refresh all dashboards at once to view the updated records by carrying out a pull to refresh gesture (swipe the screen downwards) within the dashboards listing screen.

Also, a specific dashboard/component can be refreshed by tapping on the 'More option' (three dots on the top right) available within the dashboard/component.
