Row level access control

Hi

I'm sure this has been answered a million times but I can't find what I'm looking for. I'm starting to create an application using creator which will require row level access restrictions on the data based on the company they are employed by. I want to ensure that Mr X (who has a user account) working for xyz company can only view, add data and report on xyz data. Please help
