I am looking to see if I can transfer the items on a sales order to a form created in creator using tick boxes

Example, we sell a basic pizza with various topping.

The products on the sales order are Pizza, topping 1, topping 2, topping 3, etc.

Can Creator take this information and populate the form as a Pizza with check boxes ticked if a topping is on the list?
