We are a Zoho One user with CRM and Books working together. In either the Finance area of Zoho CRM or in Zoho books. If a sales person creates an estimate, they have access to all the fields on the item record. Including making up their own items and prices and saving them. We have set the role in Zoho Books to allow View Only access for items and Create and Edit access for Estimates. Are we missing some way to lock down the system so a sales person can only build the estimate from pre-defined items and prices?
