Sales Process - Products & Accounts
Hello,
We create Quotes under Deals then convert them to Invoices. Newly created invoices are sent to our Accounts package Xero via API. We also scan Xero for new invoices every 30mins. We created a custom module in Zoho CRM called "Xero Invoices" which match our Accounts package perfectly, although the subform data created is just purely text.
Is it possible that within "Xero Invoices" when the status is "Authorised" or "Paid" that the item codes and Quantities are added to the Account?
Ideally we would also like to use Zoho Projects but only if certain item-codes are on the Xero Invoice.
