SAML request and settings

 Hello there;

1. I am trying to integrate Zoho Desk Help Center portal with my website. When users in my website login and click the button associated with Zoho Help Center portal, they will be able to access my help center portal to manage their tickets like raising a ticket, replying to a ticket etc. I can integrate help center portal with Remote Authentication and it works for me. But I saw a notification

So I need to transfer to SAML settings for this instance.

2.To achieve integrating help center portal with, I followed setting steps specified in the document which is in this link(https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/desk/for-administrators/user-access-and-security/articles/setting-up-saml-single-signon-for-help-center#How_SAML_Works).  

3.I attached a photo which I explain SAML work flow and I ask some question in it. To sum up, How can I make request from my web site to Zoho Help Center Portal without any authentication credentials but with SAML. Please inspect the photo to be attached and give answers of my questions? Thanks have nice days.

4. Furthermore, we've scheduled an appointment with Lawrence Varghese and Umesh G V for Zoho Desk Callback for three or four times, but they don't participate the appointment for discussing my queries.
