Every time you go to any list that has a filter, it resets the filter so that it shows only items that you created. For example, going to Segments, defaults to only segments you created. We find that we're wasting a lot of time fixing the filters every time we access a new page. Because even if you tell the system to show you ALL data, as soon as you click to another page and then return to the list, you have to choose ALL data again. 

It'd be awesome if it remembered your filter. If that's not possible it'd be nice to at least set the default to showing you everything you had access to, rather than limiting you to just records you created.
