Scheduled Data Export Backup Script

is there a way to write a script that will export your all of the data from an app. as an excel file and email it to you on a weekly/daily schedule?

if not, then i guess this would be a feature request.

BTW, Zoho Creator is one of the best things i've seen on the net in a quite a while.
I never thought i'd be able to create some of these apps without hiring a programmer.
