Script: Update ALL leads one at a time in 10 second increments?

I use Zoho Flow to update ZohoCRM records but if I use a macro or update too many records at once it breaks the flow.

Can someone share a script that would trigger a field update (any kind you wish) for each of my "Leads" in a specified view, but that only updates ONE lead every 10 seconds in that list until ALL the records are updated?

That would make the update slow enough that it would not break the Flow.  We could run it at night and wake up to update records.

This would be a HUGE help if anyone can assist.
