I am currently using the WhatsApp business API beta on the Zoho desk. Is there any possibility to add an option to search chat by its ticket number in the WhatsApp module?  Now we have the option to search chats based on the text, contact, and agents. Adding "search by ticket number" will ease the accessibility.
