We have recently been working with the Zoho CRM Mailchimp extension to import our Mailchimp data for our leads into the CRM. We are able to see the campaign that each lead was part of and some basic fields like status, date, audience, etc but we want to be able to view the full activity that we are able to see on Mailchimp such as received email, opened email, etc. Is this possible to display this in CRM through the extension? Essentially we want the timeline of activities to be displayed that we are able to see in Mailchimp for each lead.
