Send Update to Ticket Owner After X Days Regarding Open Ticket

Hi,

I tried to set up an automation that sends agents template notifications if ticket status is open for more than 3 days.

unfortunately, I start receiving the template notifications for tickets that are status Closed also.

I'm not sure what I did wrong. ill appreciate your assistance buy showing the right way to create the rule.

i need it to send notification after 73 houes only for tickets that the status is Open.
