Sending mail to form does not apply form when using alias

I'm using one of the forms in Zoho Creator to 'mail' a response to the Creator Application so we - as a support organization - can easily track emails going back and forth. We are currently using the zoho email address associated with the form, but would like to use our own email request-update@company.com to forward to the zoho email address.

Even with filling out the alias field I cannot get this to work.
