I'd like to know how posts in Zoho's blogs (inside zoho sites) literally appears on Google:

For example if I write my post title on Google's search, the results I'm finding at the moment are only the generic blog page with all my posts and not the especific page of that post; 

I need to know if Zoho's blog works only this way or if with a good SEO ranking the exacly URL of that post will appears on Google's search.
