Server Error

I can get the spreadsheet to work but all I get from writer is

Server Error Occured. Please try again later or please write to us at support@zohowriter.com

is writer currently out of action? I have now tried to log in from three different computers and 5 different browsers.

Sorry for the cross post I think my first try went to the wrong board.
