Set a Workflow Email Delay to Minutes
Starting to play with Zoho Campaigns workflows. My first concern:
I'm looking into sending out automated emails based on type of a potential job which is collected on the contact form. I found a multi-way condition building block to disperse the emails accordingly. I see that I can set a delay in sending my first response and I vouch for that - I do not want to scream "You've got a roboemail!" with an immediate reply, impossible to write so quickly by a live person. I want it to look like I spent a little time composing my response. However, the earliest delay is a whole 1 hour! Why aren't there minutes?
In real life, I take just 15-20 minutes to respond and people praise me for the promptness. My photography business is often emotion-driven. You want to engage with a potential client while you're still on the top of their mind. So much can happen in one hour! They can find a more responsive competitor, go back to work from a break, or go to the family dinner and be gone for the day and have second thoughts the following day.
Can Minutes be added to Hours and Days, please?
