I've tried invane to setup the MS/Outlook plugin.

 

I've downloaded the plugin AdventNet_ZohoCRM_OutlookEdition

 

When I run it it does not install instead I get a message that tells me it will uninstal th plugin ?

 

So I let it uninstall it, but even that doesn't work ?

 

So I tried uninstall from control panel and that doesn't work either ?

 

Tearing my hair out here as I can't find any user guides on how to install, operate or unistall this plugin.

 

Can anyone shed any light on this ?
