I've created two instances: Customer and Order. Now I'd like to set up multiple notifications by mail for every order by a DueDate field (say 7 days prior to DueDate, 3 days prior to DueDate and at the DueDate).

Could you guide me how to do that? I'm not a coder, so please be gentle
