Share tickets to specific agents

At the moment it is only possible to share a ticket with another department and not only with a specific agent. In some ticket there is a need to involve a specialist agent to help solve them but they shouldn't see any other tickets. The workaround I'm using now is creating departments, naming them after agents and sharing tickets to their specific departments. This is not a good solution as the number of departments is limited in Desk licenses.
