Sharing

I can't understand how I (or my friend) can find the shared document.

I shared my document already 5 times, but the person who has to edit it, cant find this fail. She is clicking on link she got with e-mail, then she can access to ZohoWriter, but there isn't fail I shared to her.

What I support to do?
