Sharing URLs and direct access
Hello, I am storing my team's email signature images on Workdrive.
I am creating a public image download share and adding “?directDownload=true” so that the image can be accessed without the Workdrive interface.
A few questions:
2) Based on point 1, what happens when we need to replace the same user's image with a new one? Let's say we need to change a user's photo. If I replace the image, I will have to create a new share, which will break the emails that have already been sent with the previous share link. Is there a solution for this?
3) Is there an “easier” way to generate a direct access URL to the image? Today I have to add “?directDownload=true” manually.
If anyone has already implemented this, I would like to receive feedback about it. I don't know if Workdrive is the ideal solution for this. I am open to new suggestions.
