Shortcuts/ Quick Actions on Zoho CRM mobile app!

Imagine you are rushing to a must-attend meeting and out of nowhere you run into an important client. After having a quick chat, the client wants to schedule a meeting to discuss your products and services. Opening the app, searching for meetings module, tapping the '+' icon to create a meeting are just way too many taps.

How would you feel if I said you could initiate these actions without even opening the app and launching it (save the taps for other actions). Intrigued? On the CRM mobile app we have an option to set up a few Shortcuts/ Quick actions which would allow you to perform actions with a single touch right from the home screen.


On Zoho CRM Android app:

  1. Go to the Zoho CRM mobile app.
  2. Go to the 'Settings'.
  3. Scroll down to select 'App Shortcuts' option available within the 'APP SHORTCUTS SETTINGS section.
  4. Choose the action which you would like to initiate from within the mobile device's home screen.

On Zoho CRM iOS app:
  1. Go to the Zoho CRM mobile app.
  2. Go to the 'Settings'.
  3. Scroll down to select 'Quick Actions' option
  4. Choose the action which you would like to initiate from within the mobile device's home screen.

After configuring the Shortcuts/ Quick actions, please go to the home screen of your mobile device and tap and hold the Zoho CRM mobile app icon. Doing so, the Shortcuts/ Quick actions that you have set will be displayed.
