Hello,

we have the following problem:

Some of our agents are higher in the hierarchy than other agents but in the same team.

We would like the agents with the lower hierarchy to still be able to see and edit the assigned team tickets of the agents with higher hierarchy.

Is there any way to set this up or is it possible via an automation?
