My requirement: To create a visual gauge/bar chart in my CRM Sales Team Dashboard so salespeople can see their progress towards their monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

The problem: After several conversations and a screen share with Zoho Premium Support, they confirmed this is not possible. The only suggestion they had was to use the target KPI, which has a target field that is manually filled and not dynamically linked with the forecast module - which simply isn't practical with a team of 20 salespeople.

Premium Support has closed the ticket and marked it as a feature request.

What's incredible is that this is such a basic feature of a CRM, it's maddening that it's not possible.
