Showtime Recordings not available
Hello,
We are running Zoho Showtime Trial version. The recordings of the meetings are processing for a long time. its been more than 12 hours now, but still it is been shown as under processing. We are planning to upgrade to a plan if the recordings are proper.
PFA the screenshot. W e are not able to view the recordings in the library as well. Is this something to do with Trial version?
