My name is Dolores Houghton. I signed up for sign package by mistake. I can’t use the program and I want my money back. I have been sent various instructions on how to delete and ask for a refund. Nothing works. I am not able to get into settings for that particular program. I have purchased lots of software in my professional career and I have never been treated so badly by a company. My bank is now looking into the transaction. I want to tell everyone to beware of working with this company. I phoned in many times but the last time was Friday. I was told the signs personnel were not available at that time but they would call me in an hour. Of course the call never came. I want to receive an email that my refund has been processed otherwise I will have to escalate my complaint.
