Signed up to your free email service but its no good. Cannot access it via my mail client using IMAP/POP so its pretty useless. I may have taken a paid plan in future as my needs grow but due to this short signed restriction I will now be cancelling my account after 1 day! 

You do not make clear that this is not available and waste people's time in signing up.
